1. All material sent for conversion must be original material that is owned by the client.
2.Loftchord will supply one copy of the original material for the purposes of private listening & travel.
3.The owner of the recording may then use this in other playback devices for as long as he or she retains the original recording.Should the original material be lost,destroyed or disposed of then the copy must also be to.
4.The owner shall not sell,lease,hire or broadcast the converted material to any other organisation or person as this then would be in breach of copyright law.
5.Loftchord assumes no responsibility for the ownership of the copyright,therefore this shall remain at all times the property of the client in accordance with local law.
6.By using this site and its services the user takes on full responsibility for all copyright issues under the "fair use" provisions of copyright law.

1.Because you have purchased the record,cassette or cd and are the owner,you are permitted to archive them to other or current media for personal use.This is known as "fair use" of copyrighted material.
2.Infringement of copyright law occurs when cd's are made for the commercial purposes of distribution or re-
distribution, as an example,if the converted material we had supplied is then further duplicated by your self and given to a family member or sold on to a friend then you would have violated copyright laws.
